One way to sell a domain is to advertize them here. I picked up a nice domain on another board and paid $300 for it. So, if it cost $6.95 to register, that's a tidy profit.

I think I'd probably just slap up a message board and promote the site as a place to share your memories of loved ones who have crossed over and been called home (i.e. dead people). Heres' soemthing similar:

As calamity and death are always a human fascination, this type of domain could actually become a cash cow... if marketed correctly.

Make it a resource about death, dying, accidental deaths, photos of death scenes from around the world... with the latter, you will burn up traffic as people generally have a morbid sense of curiousity.

find some affiliate main stream revenue sources and go with it..

not a bad name at all if you have time to market it.
