Well the guy is based over seas somewhere, so court is out of the question, not to mention to costly. My main problem being is I run a FREE site. What littel money I did make off partnership programs went right back in to cover hosting costs and such. I mean I make more than server costs but not the ammount to justify buying a new script or paying someone to script something for me. I mean this is allways just been a hobbie for me. I still have the database thou, so if I do decide to rebuild the site I could easily fire off a email to all my users and ivite them back.

As far as selling the database goes Lee, I wouln't do that for the simple fact that the person who buys it could easly take the emails and spam everyone. It would be a abuse of trust and just wrong on so many levels. i don't know, i'm just stressed out, I worked so hard on that site. That guy never said anything in his so called End User License Agreement about having to recode the entire site every year. Updating a license should not require starting over from square one. The fact that he don't see the fundamental problem with this is just sad.
