For me, it has more to do with the hostility that this current administration has toward this industry and rest assured, this is only the beginning. They still have 3 1/2 years to make US webmasters lives miserable. There's nothing stopping them from making impossible demands in the future.

My business actually resides in New Mexico which is in the 10th federal district. This is the court that threw out the Justice Departments 2257 regulations as unenforceable.
