Anyone got an exit or diversification strategy?

Location, Location, Location!

Of course, I am talking about real estate. Not really sure if this is an "exit strategy" per-se, but this is something I am very interested in from an investment perspective......any thoughts?

My bf and I have been working on investing in real estate for the past few months. So far we got a condo in west palm beach, fl for a steal. woohoo!.

We've also been goin to local foreclosures and auctions. Fun stuff.
