I think Yahoo should, at the very beginning, have approved every group they have and employed monitors to make sure CP wasn't on those groups. If there are too many groups being formed then they need to wait for approval, like search engines make sites wait to be listed.

At minimum Yahoo should have an easy to find, full listing of their groups posted somewhere so groups who have volunteers searching for that stuff can do so freely and report it to yahoo. If you search their site for groups with the simple keyword fo "sex" you find no matches.. come on!

In regards to the comment by Gonzales.. I firmly believe his statement reflects the laws currenlty on the books, and not the laws that are only enforceable as of 6/24/05. Then again... in all honesty.. having those groups open helps law enforcement track and prosecute CP rings and sex tour scum. What do you guys think?
