i have no idea if he is actually guilty, and there is no real hard evidence except for those finger prints. why were that boy's fingerprints on that magazine, btw?

if i were on that jury, i would not find him guilty. the point to a jury trial is not about the personal beliefs either way - it's whether the evidence allows a reasonable doubt. since there is virtually no evidence, just accusation, i would certainly entertain a reasonable doubt.
