    That VOD patent was the only thing they had going for them awhile back. Fooling around with most adult sites may not be too high on their list anymore.

    I'm thinking their targeting of small and medium size sites is done anyway.

    With a compliance rate well below 1%, it's just not worth it to target small and medium size sites. Attempts to sign that group cost more than the actual deals from that category.

    acacia is still in court with the adult industry leaders in this area. they have not given up, and it is all in the hands of the judge. if he feels the patents are too vague - they are ridiculously non-specific - we're in the clear. if he feels the patents acacia holds are legit, we'll all be hearing from them AND paying them.

    I know alot of straight companies that paid them has anyone paid them from the gay companies?
