You want to know the down and dirty of it?

1. If you run a TGP, it better be text links and not have thumbnails.
2. If you have hosted galleries, you better have IDs for all of the models that appear on them, and you better have a link supplying your home address where feds can come to look at them.
3. The banners that you have from your sponsors better not be made from explicit images.

Now, people don't like those answers, so of course the next 100 questions will be about how to avoid needing to do the above, if at all possible, which is why you need an attorney.

If you can't afford an attorney, than this business is probably not making you enough money that any of this is really worth the trouble. Shut down your stuff until this all plays its way through court and there's a definite outcome.
