Has there ever been a prosecution (persecution) for improper 2257 documentation?
as far as i know (which could be very wrong), only one guy - and he was also guilty of photographing minors.
that doesn't mean that this new attorney general won't be happy to prosecute. it also doesn't mean that if your neighbors know what you do, and they send the police over, that it couldn't be used to stack the deck against ya.

Pretty sure BassChick is right about this one. Only the 1 guy, and pretty much only because he was really shooting CP.
I do believe that the new regs are the first to have penalties attached to them.
i do, too.
frank, the gov has commented on the lack of prosecution. some don't believe this time, they'll do any more. i believe they will - it is certainly in their attention.
