Bec I used to teach classes like that at the community college in NJ. If it wasn't for my ultimate desire to get the hell out of Jersey, I'd probably still be there. Those tuitions were high and the salaries the instructors made were excellent (I was the group manager so I knew what everyone made LOL).
Plus the expectation of those finishing the program were high. I had students who thought they'd make 65K in their first year out of certification, automatically. Most who left my classes started at 80-90K - but that was also when 'dot com' meant huge money for everyone.

Yea, the courses I was taking were through the Community College here in Cleveland ... and by the time I finish up, it's easily 10K plus books and other expenses not included in the course ... like the software you'd need, etc. Books for even a 5 week class were topping 100$ plus... and outdated by the time the ink dried at the printers.
