Whilst Lee's on this subject what is everyone using for this scenario........ want to take a quick jpeg grab (just one) of multiple .mpg files. Ie open a up each .mpg file in windows media player and be able to take a full sized jpeg grab view.

I have tried lots of different programs and alot either provide and take a too small image or quality is bad.

Any suggestions ?
