Hey Squirt, I signed up for the Squirtit.com WM proggy today but didn't read the 2257 notice posted at the site. Are you in compliance and am I ok with just a "G" rated banner to your site from my "closed" page @ http://www.queerdude.com ? Or are you just waiting to see which way the wind blows also?

Yes I've already made a statement in another thread here regarding 2257. My site is fully compliant with the old and new regs. I have all required ID's, model releases, etc. I always have. I've been in this business 6 years now & am in it for the long term. I'm not a fly by night operation

If you've seen my posts on here the last month I've done anything BUT wait to see which way the wind blows from day 1.

One thing that we all need to remember is that personal responsibility is important and that even the best attorneys have differing views of the results of the new regs.. and even their meaning.
