I ran into these jokers about a year ago. Fortunately, it never panned out for us to do any business with them. Not sure why, but it sounded a little shady and we just decided not to go with them.

However, we are actually in a similar -- though somewhat less shady -- situation with 2000Charge. They owe us a couple hundred bucks that was being held back from our physical product merchant account, and they steadfastly refuse to pay it to us, claiming they haven't received the money from their merchant bank... but our processing agreement with them says only that we'll get our money back in 6 months, not anything about we'll get it back assuming *they* get it back.

I've resisted saying anything about it until now, but given that repeated emails to them have been rebuffed, and even an inquiry direct to Wolf and an inquiry from one of their sales agents *still* didn't get our money, I'm getting annoyed.

At this point, it isn't a matter of a couple hundred bucks, it's the complete lack of integrity that's annoying, and it seems that it's the same sort of thing with ecommerceglobal... the advantage being that at least 2000Charge acknowledges having a US presence, so when we get around to it, we'll just file a small claims case and get our money.
