My favorite general-use word that I use in my writing is "load". I just googled my site and on friskyfans.org there are 378 pages using the word "load" versus a mere 70 pages that have "jizz" written on them.

I will also use "boyjuice" or "manjuice" or "twinkjuice" depending on the age and type of the individual who is producing the fluid. Hope that helps!
