1. Liberal porn laws---yes... no problem with that
2. Good banking system open to expatriate corporations----You go thru financial companies to move money out.. 80% of business is done under the table
3. incorporation laws that allow foreign porn companies ---yes.. but with 10k cash you can become a citizen so no problem
4. able to obtain visa/mc merchant accounts--THIS is the problem.. no good in that
5. adult hosting companies--- its going to be more expensive than in the us but we have good fast speed conections here
6. favorable or bearable taxation system--nobady pays taxes so its great
