LOL Gay Men Are So Weird... They Think Everything Is About Sex

So we went to one of our local dive bars for a quick drink earlier and got talking to this one guy who we have seen there a few times before who was actually looking for some work, we know his previous employer and we were told he was a hard worker but that the work he was doing was being taken over by another company.

So anyway, long story short, we started talking to the guy about the possibility of having some work for him and he starts getting all uppity like we're trying to give him a job so we can sleep with him.

Seriously, you really cant offer to help anyone in Daytona without them thinking you are trying to get in their pants.... Crazy stuff.

Actually, he totally wasnt our type at all LOL

We really do try to keep business and pleasure as seperate as possible these days, especially with us planning on moving in to 'real' office space in the next month or two LOL

I think the ideal employee for a gay business owner is a middle-age married woman. The middle-age person has life experience to bring to any position, children are old enough to take care of themselves or out of the house so the employee does not need to take time away from work caring for ill children, and middle-age married women are often covered under their spouse's medical plan so you do not pay for health coverage. There is no chance of sex entering into the business equation anywhere.

I also like really ugly employees so I can be the prettiest one in the room.

I agree with you there unfortunately, being Daytona, most middle-aged women in the area are either...

1) Whores
2) Crack Whores
3) Thieving Crack Whores

One of the nice things about my time in Iowa was that there were plenty of intelligent, stable employable middle-aged women in the available labor pool. I offered benefits, flex-time, and the highest wages for comparable positions. I got the best people to work with me.

We did interview a guy once who was almost gushing at the idea of working in porn because of how hot it would be. Needless to say, he didn't get hired.
