but since a lot more "normal" people DO see something wrong with piss content, and the obscenity laws here say community standards are what defines obscenity. that means anytime someone produces shock content, it can be found obscene somewhere.

and btw, this is nothing new. in 1996, lee noga and our lawyer both told us fisting and piss content was very iffy and could be found obscene in some locations - and was much more likely to be investigated and/or prosecuted. and it wasn't new at the time, either. that was the word in porn videos and magazines for at least several years before that.

Did anyone notice that they mentioned "female performers" in the indictment and that the two USA attorneys that signed the indictment were both women?

The government is going to work the degradation to women aspect in this case. They feel like they have a better shot when they can stand up in front of a jury and say, "Isn't this awful what he is doing to these poor women. blah, blah, blah." And if they can have a female attorney do it, so much the better.

Im sure the pissing and puking on women will be a big part of the governments case to, not just degrading them, but the content overall.
