I agree that it must be something in the air. I myself have been working on quitting. Monday started week 5 since I last smoked. I was concerned that my downfall would be after eating and after sex. But so far, I've been doing ok after meals and haven't been getting any sex..... I've also started back in the gym after being out since the first of March. Things are finally settling down to a more managable level and I can spend time in the gym once again. I am determined to look fantabulous at the Forum in October!
Congrats to all of us who have decided to take this step towards better health. (gawd! Did that sound like a commercial or what!?!?!) Just one thing that we must never do! Become a reformed smoker. You know, one of those people who turn up their nose at the slightest hint of smoke. Wave their hand in front of their face as if that is going to scare the smoke away.
