Congrats! I'm on day four myself, and it's making me pretty crazy. I've smoked since I was 17 and I'm 26 now, yikes. I was a pack a day of lights guy, so don't have it as hard as some, but it's still making me mean and fidgety. I've been jogging and lifting weights, but the wierdest thing I've done to help is hoolahoop. It's good cardio and my lower back muscles suck so I need it, it really keeps me distracted, and I can do it for hours while I watch tv. I'm so wierd...
