Check this blog for your stolen videos

Well apparently his audience isn't as big as he may think. No one's left him any comments on that latest post.

We sent off notices to Google and DailyMotion.com already.

I'm a bit discouraged to see All American Heroes soliciting an obvious content thief/copyright violator to be an affiliate. Unfortunate.

By the way, if anyone ever spots a site or blog such as this texasporn one stealing content and violating copyrights and there are CorbinFisher.com referral codes on it, please do let me know.

I'll cancel their affiliate account immediately. Have no interest in such a site promoting ours and making money off of other peoples' hard work.

I heard that you can write a formal complaint to Google regarding a "Blogspot.com" account and if the blog is violating their terms of service ie. by infringing on copyrights they will remove the blog immediately. Google now owns Blogspot.com. Squirt is correct in recommending a "TOS" violation over a "copyright" violation. It should get a much faster result.

And I like how we are accused of being unprofessional because we asked him to remove our videos, which he didn't have the right to post in the first place. You can't win with these people. He calls us "shady Double Dealing Asswipes" and states that I'm spreading lies on message boards. What lie? He's showing our full movies on his site without permission. Do these people think that the movies just appear out of nowhere? Do they think we discovered them in a magic porn cave and are hording them for our own use? No, people in this industry spend thousands of dollars to make these movies so why does this guy and others like him think he has the right to make them public?

I think the thing that really gets me mad is that he can post his nasty comments and name calling on his blog and not let any of us have a chance to respond.

Also, answer me this, what good is signing up someone as an affiliate who's going to download your full movies and play them on his site for free anyway? Is anyone who goes there really going to click on your banner and join your site?

God this pisses me off. Post a comment to the Don's link. I'm sure he won't allow them to be shown but he will get the message LOUD & CLEAR that we won't stand for this.

What I don't understand is why doesn't this guy sign up as an affiliate, take down all the stolen content and put up affiliate content and make money?

Copyright law is black and white, if you didn't create it, or don't have a written contract of ownership, you can't post it, unless it's promotional content and you're an affiliate.

LOL! Well, thank you for standing up for us, Develish. Truth is I don't want that guy to sign up as an affiliate. The last thing I want is to see a blog filled with other people's stolen content and a big Randy Blue banner on it. I just want him to go away.

DonMike- You should see the things that people have called me on their blogs! I think it is hilarious and wear it as a badge of honor. My Favorite is one blogger called me a "Crusty cunt", so my nickname for 3 days around the office was "Crusty Cunt Squarepants"!

Most of these people at pathetic losers who have nothing better to do all day but steal content. They get social prestige and a sense of self worth by supplying free stolen porn to other people. They thrive on all the comemnts saying "Wow, you are the best! Thanks for the great video". Like stealing a video is such an accomplishment! L-O-S-E-R!

At the very least it is shoplifting on a massive scale, at the worst it could kill our entire business. How we all handle it will decide.....

You hit the nail on the head. I think that is a huge part of what drives them to do what they do. They get this sense of status from what they're doing, thinking that they have this following and all these fans and feed off of thinking they have a bunch of people hanging on their updates.

The way they play victim when busted for copyright infringement is testament to that and clearly shows it.

A lot of times I'll hear webmasters ask "Why the hell do they do it?!" because a particular blog will have no affiliate links or any revenue generating mechanism in place - it just distributes stolen content without making any money or anything. And so it doesn't make sense to some.

There is no financial return, perhaps, but it's that perceived status and how it boosts their egos that's at the root of it all. That's why they do it.

That guy apparently lives in Brownwood, TX - a tiny town in rural West Texas that is geared much more towards competitive high school football as opposed to blog subjects such as this.

Robert E Howard lived there and wrote his prolific amount of pulp science fiction/fantasy books (Conan the Barbarian, et al) before committing suicide at the age of 30.

I'll bet all you shady Double Dealing Asswipes are really raining on his parade. (giggle)

Oh, Pickles does not need to buy Allegra - he can (if possible) use generica - I quit with Sanofi-Aventis about 1.5 yrs ago :D

DEVELISH

In the front yard of our apartment house stands a large, thick-trunked live oak tree. Due to the time of year, plus the fact that we have received significant rains in the previous two weeks, this week the live oak tree spends all of its time furiously making love to the entire neighborhood.

Everything under it's long reaching canopy, like the cars in the parking lot, gets loads of green dust plus pounds and pounds of other droppings. This oak pollen also causes havoc on the sinuses, particularly making you cough like a 77 year old life long cigarette smoker.

Those are the trials and tribulations of living in Austin - one half the year its oak pollen, and the other half it's cedar pollen from the cedar trees in the Texas Hill Country that ring Austin.

Allegra usually works pretty good for me. We do not enjoy a generic of the drug in the United States at this point in time, so its always to those wild n' crazy French mega-corporate pharmacists with wallets open to buy their pills.
