You assume too much dear Sir. We spent two weeks ON THE PHONE trying to sort this issue out. We've had an account with them for YEARS and never an issue. Our account rep had one excuse after another, everything from the accounting department sent the check to THE WRONG ACCOUNT to they simply LOST THE PAYMENT. After two weeks of daily, "let me get back to you" only to be left waiting by the phone for no response, we got fed up and wanted to know from the people on the board, whom we respect and trust, if they were having difficulties as well. It had nothing to do with dramatics or over reactions. In any case, as stated about four responses ago, we finally got everything sorted out and have had no problems since. I don't understand why some people feel the need to keep rehashing old news instead of creating new threads with useful, up to date information........
