With as huge a staff as AEBN has, and as large a presence on GWW over the years, why anyone would ask out loud about any payout issue with the biggest brand going, before calling or IM'ing their account rep, or any account rep... is kinda beyond me!

Except to hear the gasps of 20 other people who rush in to say "not us!".
