Even in ManifestMen's case, vindicating an alleged wrong doing by with holding earnings, withholding monies to financially redress an alleged wrong doing, is putting one self above the law.
At least, get the relief from the Court, and then apply the rebill earnings to offset the Court award.
In the meantime, I think all webmasters should think twice about trying to drive traffic to any sponsor program involved in such actions.
It seems to me that that is the purpose of the post and the purpose of this Board.
