thanks, folks. it appears my stats aren't counting, and you've been a big help :)
Patti,
The clicks may not be counting because the '0000' id might need changing in that link depending on whether or not the company who owns that site has more than 1 site being processed through that main acct.
Otherwise, your clicks wont track but sales will, i found that out the hard way a few months back LOL

Lee
Clicked! Very nice design!
Clicked as well but I don't think it is going to track hits. Like Lee said you need the subaccount number in there where the four zeros are. If you login to CCBill and click on account admin and then view your accounts you should be able to see each site and the sub account number.

clicked before i read the thread. couldve been clicking anything lol.
i run our site without a subaccount and it tracks just fine but we only have the one site.
btw, the support guy who emailed me back from ccbill said it should be tracking but perhaps you're right as i'm having the same issue with their other site.
Patti, i really would call client support and ask them about this.
If the first person you get through to says it will track clicks properly, ask to speak to another person.
It took me about 10 calls to actually get them to explain that to track individual clicks, i needed to change the sub account number in their link code as i couldnt understand why i was seeing millions of hits to the 0000 sub account on Condom Cash but sales to all of the sites LOL

Lee
