I really kind of surprised that you are so hesitant to believe that people do all kinds of strange body modification... especially because of the business you are in... bodybuilding! Many bodybuilders regularly inject all kinds of toxic chemicals into their bodies on a daily basis.

And the reason that you don't see more model's injecting silicone is because it is essentially a poison in the body. It doesn't always stay in the area it is injected.
