Paris, France (AHN) - In a move to preserve the tranquility of the sandy beaches in France's capital Paris, the City hall has issued a decree banning 'indecent clothing'.

Under the decree, sunbathers will not be allowed to go nude or topless on the beaches and if they are caught in topless or nude condition then they will be fined.

Quoting Saturday's edition of Le Parisien, Reuters explained that, the decree said "People must behave according to good standards to maintain tranquillity, security and public order. Notably indecent attire (nude sunbathing, g-strings and toplessness etc) is forbidden."

that refers to beaches in Paris, Paris doesn't have any beaches just concrete banks.

Once a year for a few weeks they bring in sand and create beaches on the river banks.

That does not mean they outlaw being topless an all beaches though

I totally agree.

For a while I stopped submitting, for a few reasons, such as no information, also because it seemed like the more I submitted the more I received.
Stopped submitting, little to none received.
Go figure.

I now submit all to Cybertip.ca, as they at the very least post the subject lines which have been submitted (saving you time if you decide to not submit, and telling you they know about that specific case).

Here is an example of the subject lines they list (spam is currently under review):

For future reference, only my personal opinion but dont email the host. Report it to ascap or the police. They may wish to covertly gather evidence on the offender before acting. Otherwise if the site is shut down by the host, the offender will know he/she is caught and may do a runner. ASCAP and the cops know how to handle it better than the host imo.

Good work though. I hope they get the sick fucker.
