Why are you constantly telling people to shut up about it, then engaging people to talk about it?

If someone posts a site link on a mainstream adult board, that we click on, and it has CP on it or guys that look like they most likely are underage, we report it, then comment on it as a warning to other webmasters.

If we don't comment on it, then people with CP sites will think it's acceptable to post on mainstream adult boards in an effort to get promotion and affiliates.

This happens on all adult mainstream boards and will continue to happen as we don't accept, or promote, underage sites. Pretty simple really.

Stop bringing up the issue if you don't want to talk about it :jerkoff:

a) if he does have cp DONT POST ABOUT IT. report it, move on. What do you think a peodophile will do if he sees a post accusing him of child abuse? stick arround to wait for the cops? keep all the evidence in a nice box named "my child abuse pics"? no, he will destroy evidence and skip town. Let the police decide when to confront the target.

b) it will probably turn out to be an 18 year old who "looks awfully young".

c) some of you are going to wind up defending a libel case. If i had an "awfully young looking model" on my site, who i could proove was 18 (lets face it, any legit webmaster has that evidence), and someone posted that it was cp, you would hear from my lawer and i would sue you. No doubt about it. What makes you think any webmaster would be any different.

Think about it. How many of you would sue if this happened to you?

Your also doing real cp webmasters a favour by giving them advance notice that were onto them. thats what i said and i stand by those comments. I also stand by the fact that some of you are heading to a libel case. one person on this board is allready there.

All images and pages were removed by the webmaster and their hosting for that site was suspended by the host (per the webmasters admission in that thread), that's why the links in that thread are no longer valid, however Googles cache does wonders in cases like this.

You are baiting this topic and bringing up old dramas for what purpose? What names do you go by on other boards?

You are coming close to accusing me of making false claims.

The site owners stated specifically "I don't need models ID, I'm not the main producer and there are no law in my country saying I have to be 2257 compliant on my sites (I'm not USA citizen).", so not even the site owners can verify the models ages, by his own admission. Why do you think you know all the models are over 18 when the site owner can't even verify that?

There is no marc jacob registered on that board. You would think that if it bothered you this much you'd bring it up there and post about it, instead of being silent there, and bringing it up here.

It's a fact of life that when webmasters promote content that is very very young looking, they will be questioned. If you're promoting that kind of content then deal with it or get in another business, but bitching about it doing your head in doesn't do anyone any good. The sites original content is gone and their hosting cut them off so it's all past history :bunny:

No. As I showed you in his previous quote, the webmaster indicated that he doesn't possess the ID's. Yet you know the content isn't CP by osmosis no doubt.

Models 18 and over are young, but not CP.

A **** and a webmaster promoting CP are two totally different things.

Yep sounds like I have the wrong business plan, maybe I should make a site tour filled with 100% legal guys that look really young post it on the board and just sue the fuck out of anyone that says I am using CP :haha:

Libel/defamation is a false statement of fact, made with the requisite state of mind, that causes injury. Actual malice must be proven requiring subjective knowledge that the statement at issue was probably false.

Looking at photos of what seem to be 12-15 year olds engaged in sex, and saying it is such, puts the owness on the accused to prove otherwise in court regarding libel, if they decided to bring a case forward.

Why on earth defend a site owner who's content in question has vanished, whos host suspended their account, and who admit publicly they don't feel they need to have the ID's for the adult content when they publish on U.S. servers?

Most people with common sense can tell the difference between 12-15 year olds and 18+. Anyone who can't, and doesn't feel they need proof of age for their content, doesn't belong in this business :loser:

1) Create a site with the term boylove in the domain example

2) Host the domain on a server in Texas

3) When someone says your content looks like CP, claim in a forum that you, as an adult webmaster, don't know what the term CP means. example

4) Claim your site is 2257 compliant example

5) Then have your partner claim you don't need to have ID's for your nude content. example

5) Then when your site is suspended by your host, and you think all your content is down, claim there was nothing wrong with the content there and act like a victim. example

6) When someone posts a cache page of your content as proof, then claim "It was a big mistake and when I realized what kind of sites signed up my site I closed my signup form, deleted all the traders and I reported all to asacp" example

7) Then claim again there was no CP on your sites after just admiting you reported submitters posting to your site to the ASACP.

8) Watch your friends post on various boards how you are a victim and everyone is paranoid about CP, over and over and over again while insinuating that people pointing out the obvious could be sued :bunny:

OMG I knew some dick was going to say that about the host, but I can not spend all my time trying to play this game. Yes I know the host makes no difference in some areas, and it just a personal comfort zone with this one particular host not doing what I have seen some hosts do around here and shut down your account at the first sign of a problem from any random dick on the web. :scissors:
