If someone posts a site link on a mainstream adult board, that we click on, and it has CP on it or guys that look like they most likely are underage, we report it, then comment on it as a warning to other webmasters.

There is a BIG difference from saying in an open forum that they look underage and actually saying they are. That difference could be a substancial sum of money.
