We'll have been with NatNet a little over 36 months next month.
We'll have been with Luke for around 3 months.
Before that we were with a host for almost 10 years untill the owner decided to get drunk or high one night and not log off.. His loss though

Lee
We've been with ThePlanet for couple years now, and we have a tiny ISP in San Francisco (they have a 10x15 cage in a gigantic data center in SF) that is a secondary for us that we've actually been with even longer than Planet.
Both have been excellent, both have different strengths. Planet, unfortunately, is going downhill in their support, and this seems to be coincident with their being purchased (along with EV1) by some gigantic company. We also have a high-bandwidth box (30Mbps video gallery server) with another provider that, so far, seems to be reliable and responsive.
That's a far cry from 4-5 years ago (before I was in adult) when I'd been through about 6 isps in 4 years due to shitty service, unreliable bandwidth, unannounced outages, etc.
I have had the same host for about 5 years now

too bad about theplanet - i had hoped to get a server there, but you're not the only one who's talked about things going downhill. our last host was bought by a huge company and soon afterward things started changing. one of the major changes was the way the reps were treated but that attitude spilled over to the customers.
The same thing happened with my host VitalStream long ago. They were awesome until they got bought out by a big company and it just got bad. The new company loved to to updates to their system where you would be down a couple times a week. I think the worse was where we were down for over 24 hours. It was just riduculous and they didn't have a clue. I think about 90% of companies that get bought out really go to the shitter. I have seen it time and time again. This is where Brad came in from MojoHost host and saved me and the rest is history.

we've been with national net for a few years now.. top noche tech support..
Chilihost - switched to his services after like the 3rd month of starting up in this biz and having a horrible time with a very small company -- absolutely the best business decision I ever made.
Weve been with Chilihost for 4 + years now and going strong !

We were with Broadspire for 8 years, but they really started having some major issues last year. We switched to National Net in January and they are the absolute best.
We interviewed several top webhosts and surveyed some of the sites. National Net was so impressive in their presentation that they won our business pretty quickly. They weren't the cheapest but they made us feel very comfortable and confident.
We have a very complicated system that occupies a full rack setup and transitioned to with only 1 hour of downtime. The storage arrays, firewalls, loadbalancers, etc. etc. all worked right from the very beginning. Nothing we threw at them was too hard or messy. They loaned us some equipment and went out of their way as we made the transition from LA to Atlanta.
Tech support is stellar... average of 3 minutes response time even if its the middle of the night or a holiday. I just can't recommend those guys enough.
We've been with Brad at MojoHost about 4yrs. Never had any problems! I can always get a hold of him if I need to. Very reliable and high quality network.
