I think they're talking about showing another banner to either a site from the same sponsor or to another site/sponsor that has similiar content (niche) before the enter link. It's usually acceptable to push 2 sites from a free site on the index and on the main page.

Some other options would be to link a banner up for a male sex product, a payperview theatre, a dating site or show a feed style ad of guys available at a live cam site (those ones that constantly update).
