To my understanding, doesn't make any difference if the site or blog is commercial or personal. If the image meets the definition outlined in 2257 you have to have the records.

As for the original question.....yep, my opinion is you'd better tag is so it's obvious that the blog contains mature stuff. At least, that's what we do with each post on our blog. We also post a 2257 Notice.
