Um... have you ever seen a scrotum? They're pretty wrinkly to begin with. And after repeated stretching like this they don't get "saggy", your balls just hang lower. In fact, a lot of guys really love low hangers and use weights to stretch the ballsack so it does hang lower.

I've tried this. It's perfectly harmless. I wasn't able to get that big because I started to get lightheaded and we had to stop, but it was really early in the morning and I had woken up with a splitting headache, so I was not really physically ready for it. After watching that again I don't think it's saline infusion (which, as long as everything is sterile is totally safe), I think it's pumping. I don't know about the safety of extreme pumping like that. I know a lot of people pump but I think after several years of repeated extreme pumping you can do damage. Everything in moderation, possums.

BTW, I was also reminded of something when I saw this. There are guys who have silicone injected into their cock and balls to make both permanently bigger. Now, THAT I don't think is a safe practice.

Oh now now .. it's really looks worse than the procedure, and not truly painful. The saline reverts back to your body and alls well. Excellent pillows to sleep on.
