The other thing that has helped some people is to buy some niacin tablets (vitamin B2, I think) Niacin is nicotinic acid, which is somewhat chemically related to nicotine, so I'm told... but nonaddictive, won't feed the nicotine addiction, but will help the nicotine receptors in your brain be satiated. Don't take more than 100-200mg at a time, take them with food, otherwise you might get a harmless but annoying "flush" (you feel like some part of your body is burning up for about 10 minutes.)
