Stopping Smoking. Advice ?

Just keep reminding yourself just how shitty the taste & smell are, as well what it's done to your clothes; house; teeth...

oh yeah, yeah, yeah... I forgot to mention that one of the best things I did was to get my teeth cleaned a few days after I quit - that poor hygenist got all of that nasty, sticky tar off my teeth and within a couple of weeks, I went in for a whitening too -

Something similar did it for me... my physiology lab had a smokers lung encased in acrylic... wasn't nice.:eek:
