It's frankly vulgar that months after this drama was already played out on GayMainStreet, we even have to address this issue any longer. :jerkoff:

Here's a bit of history, for those that don't know the story:

- We were asked by Sam to come to Gran Canarie to film for his new company he was working with, Pulz Productions. He claimed that Reece Dylan was a totally trustworthy guy he'd been friends with for months. We expressed many doubts about the guy's credibility, but Sam reassured us over and over again that he was for real.

- Once we got to Gran Canarie to film for the company, we were drugged, sleep deprived, hauled off to jail due to credit card fraud, had our laptop and credit cards stolen and/or damaged and were forced to sleep on the streets because we were scared for our lives. Sam and Reece had a master key and came into our hotel rooms while we were sleeping or outside the rooms.

- We never had new roles or titles. We were never acquired by Pulz. We never had any business dealings or transactions with Pulz, or agreed to anything. The second we found out Pulz was a fraudulent company for certain, we immediately issued a press release to warn other companies, as well as warning Sam. We were the first company other then AlleyBucks to come forth and try to help other people in the adult webmaster community to be aware of the fraud.

After we did this and warned Sam, he continued to work with Pulz for weeks after other companies such as ours came forth about being scammed.

We have no problem if other companies choose to work with Sam. We do realize Sam's age and immaturity and I do hope he grows from this experience, as we have told him. This drama was already played out months ago on another board, from which Sam was banned.

Because when Zbuckz has agreed to be BOUGHT by pulz, and we were told it had HAPPENED, and that CJ and Danny were now our BOSSES

That They had new roles and TITLES in the company. Craig Jackson being in charge of new projects and aquisitions, and Daniel Kaufman being Chief Financial Officer, were they?

Well if you wish to put it like that Patti, than i wasnt a Pulz guy. Because i had my own company to, and i was just a WEB DESIGNER for pulz, not bosses.
