Hey Luke,

Thanx for the well wishes. I won't have to worry about sustaining the workout. I will be with my trainer Monday-Thursday, and he will be directing and guiding me during this whole journey. There will be one day a week where I pretty much work out on my own (cardio), but for the majority of it, Ronn will be right there with me making me keep at it. I always excel when I work with other people; that's why I chose to go the personal trainer route, because left to my own devices, I might have a tendency to slack off. Once Ronn gets me going and I become more comfortable with the routine, I'm sure I will be able to pick up on my own after a few months.

It will be 5 days a week for the first 3 months, then 3 days a week after that, depending on the results we get at the 3-month point.
