    Do you have test it? Or do you think it?
    Here it is NOT OPEN A CHAT WINDOW!!

    Believe me: If there open a chat window I would type in there something of course. But it comes NO CHAT! Therefore: Have you test it? And do you get a Chat window?

    I have deactivate Norton...but NO CHAT WINDOW! No nothing. No REP. No response. Nothing. Only a stupid window with a text: One of our merchant customer service representatives will be right with you. Also no Link or other things for a chat.

    I know you might not believe it, but I can talk to them at will. I do not work for them or have any reason to lie. Has to be a problem on your end, you try to Call them on the phone? If not you are on the right track shutting down some of those programs, I don’t know what else to say :crazyeyes:

    Should be Merchant Support though.

    What a wonder.
    I have try it from another PC and I get a chat window.
    Unfortunately the person (ROB) is not able to give me a explanation for the problem. " The main curreny is US Dollar" is what he said. He has recommend me to write again an e-mail to the Verotel's payment department. mmmh.

    On a request to CCBill from a little while ago we have answer already. And there the user can choose now under different currencies like on Verotel. With the difference: CCBill is charge the chosen currency with the exact same amount like published on the sign up page. That is correct I mean.

    Yes this is true, but showing your website price changing 5 times a week has its own problems too. I would look at paycom :thumbsup:

    Letherboy, you probably needed to deactivate all of your various popup blockers to get the chat window. Btw, we are all screwed if a webmaster can't figure out how to disable popup blockers. We certainly can't expect the average surfer to know better.

    This is an interesting thread. Sure thats a chargeback waiting to happen if the user doesnt recognise the amount. Hope you get it sorted.

    Yey, you've absolute right. But normally you get a info box when a pop up was blocked. And in this case there was no box. I think my Java version was to old on the related PC.

    @marcjacob
    This is the exact problem. Since years we have a absolute low level of chargebacks and it would very bad when we get now chargebacks only due to this strange billing process. And it is more than strange!! Why charge Verotel the users in US Dollar and I get the pay-outs in Euro?? I mean that Verotel has charge the users in the past ever in Euro. Why now in US Dollar? If they stay in the USA I would understand these. But they charge from the Netherlands and in Dollar??

    However: I have send again my e-mail, this time to the proper ( I hope so ) Verotel department and if I get an answer I will publish it here. But: Get I an answer this time ? I don't know -

    Hi LB,

    If you would like to e-mail me I can explain it to you. In brief, the bank used to process this transaction could only settle in USD up until last week; so this should not be an issue anymore.

    Hit me up if you want more info.
