Did any of the really important films EVER WIN? Like the 1932 King Kong was not even nominated, or the Wizard of Oz. These elitist would not know the Best Picture of any given year if it bit them in the ASS. With their track record of predicting what films really where the best of any given year I really do not see why anyone would really care what they think.
