A lot of the work we as webmasters/affiliates/sponsors have is boring, repetitive stuff, and I think a lot of the advice given is good.

AJ and I are always working on multiple projects, but I agree with Lee that focus and organization are key. AJ is better in this department than I am, so I keep a list of both long term 6+ month) and short term (1 week - 1 month) projects, and the stuff that needs to be done that day is usually a post-it on my monitor.

I switch in between things quite a bit, and I'm also pretty good at having multiple things going at once... one machine might be rendering video while another encodes, while my main machine might be rotating stills in one window, watermarking stills in another window, and I might have GWW or ICQ open in another.

I also think frequent, short breaks can be good *if* you have the discipline to go right back to work. I tend to do pretty long sessions at the computer, but I'll break them up to go run errands, call AJ and discuss the projects for the next week, that sort of thing.

It's a flow that's worked for me since before I started in this industry. When I worked as a management consultant, people were often confused by my chaotic-looking work style, but happy with the speed with which I could get things done.
