Holly if personal offense were enough to get events canceled then there wouldn't be any more webmaster shows on the calendar at all. Not sure what the NakedSword experience has to do with no more Gay Phoenix Forum this year.

CorbinFisher.com was a presenting sponsor and we could not have been happier with the way the event went off, how we were treated, and couldn't have possibly looked forward to a 2nd annual GPF more. I won't speak for other sponsors as some have chosen to do here but I'd imagine our experience was not unique. And it wasn't our first high-dollar sponsorship.

The fact of the matter is that an October date selection could not possibly have come about for any other reason than to preempt even the possibility of a Gay Phoenix Forum taking place. The argument that it was the only month on the calendar that looked reasonable doesn't fly with me because the simple fact that the first GPF had taken place in Oct meant it was clear that timeframe would play host to the second. To any extent the Oct. date was selected because it was the most feasible, the Oct. date was selected expressly to deny the opportunity for a GPF to a greater extent.

If anyone wants to let the wool be drawn over there eyes that an Oct. date selection was merely coincidence, so be it. While you're at it, I got a bridge to sell ya.
