Basschick, DzinerBear, ChillyHost, maxpower and especially Lee & DonMike, on behalf of all of myself, Joe, David, Juan, Hagan and the entire team, our sincere appreciate for the unquestioning support: nothing like an attempt at a smear campaign to show us who our friends really are.

In a nut shell, after DonMike discovered so much of their content in the site, we found we had been liberally stolen from as well. We have a similar set up in that just as we also have a content store, the exclusive content shot for our paysites is NEVER offered for resale to anyone. Like RandyBlue, we know that will only dilute the value of it for our members'.

We sent these guys a DCMA and to ensure action was taken swiftly, we copied his processors and his hosting company. Clearly, this was his was of retribution.

I do find it curious that while he claims the model was underage, he goes on to say how many personal pics he has of him and that is one Pandora's Box I will steer clear from by several football fields.

if you guys dont belive me.. i have alot personal pics of this guy... i dont try do something with this... is because this guy from pridebucks try accussing us for something we never do. If good tell others something bad from others but why he dont explain then he take pics to guys have 16 years old?

Of course we all know that Pridebucks is a 100% standup group of guys. When I first read the other post, I knew it was full of shit.

However, one thing we might be missing here is MAYBE this Chazing guy actually did take pics of this kid before he turned 18. The (edited) statement above sounds an a lot like a confession of possession of Child Pornography.

Would it be remiss of ourselves to not report this guy to the Center for Missing and Exploited Children? Lee? Chad? Anyone?

The accusation that one of us would knowingly photograph/video tape a minor disgusts me. Especially when the attack is aimed at one of, at least in my eyes, a pillar of our community. Obviously it is a lie, and anyone who knows David, Joe, Harlan, et all, can see right through it in a heartbeat.

My vote is to contact someone about this guy right away. His remark regarding having photographs of underages models makes it appear to me that he has no problem doing it, or has done it.

It seems to me from his post that Chazing feels it is ok photograph underage models as long as you dont use them on your site, which we all know is not only BS, but repulsive.

The sad thing is, the Innocent Images division is so overworked that they can't even follow up on the well-documented cases they do get. They were apparently planning to look at the Cobra Video matter, but were too overwhelmed with the Justin Berry matter (which, btw, they only became interested in after JB testified before congress) to put any energy into it.

And while the Justice Department is expending resources examining 2257 records from legitimate, compliant adult companies, and congress is busy passing more legislation that has no real effect on child pornography, people that are actively out there shooting *real* CP seem to go almost scot free.

Honestly, I think the industry does a MUCH better job of policing CP than the government does.

I'm sure you are right, and it makes me sad. When your only contacts are with the "stand-up" players like the majority of the people on this board, I guess it is easy to sometimes forget there is a "dark side" of the industry...

I personally delivered evidence of CP to a local FBI office once. I will never waste my time like that again!

After checking in and waiting nearly an hour, I presented a neat little case to a pair of agents that not only did not look at the images I placed on the desk, but I noticed they did not even pick it up off the desk when we wrapped up. They appeared to not want to look at it and gave me the "Don't call us, we'll call you" routine. I never heard from anyone about it after that.


I have also had the opportunity to discuss CP investigations with agents at Innocent Images, the FBI task force in Washington DC whose purpose is to investigate CP. They are a very dedicated group and they believe in what they are doing, but they don't have time for 17 years and 330 days old child porn. They don't have time for isolated incidents or small time collectors. They are equipped to investigate serious CP offenders and the smaller stuff is really left to the state police or sheriff's offices-- the local FBI offices have priorities other than CP so it gets passed by at the local offices.

It is a very sad state of affairs, but federally only the really bad offenders will be investigated.

DMCA notices were sent to verotel, ccbill and his host. Its my understanding Verotel has terminated him. Alas, ccbill has not as of yet.
