The sad thing is, the Innocent Images division is so overworked that they can't even follow up on the well-documented cases they do get. They were apparently planning to look at the Cobra Video matter, but were too overwhelmed with the Justin Berry matter (which, btw, they only became interested in after JB testified before congress) to put any energy into it.
And while the Justice Department is expending resources examining 2257 records from legitimate, compliant adult companies, and congress is busy passing more legislation that has no real effect on child pornography, people that are actively out there shooting *real* CP seem to go almost scot free.
Honestly, I think the industry does a MUCH better job of policing CP than the government does.
