I think the banners are up because they are creating a new site. Seems odd to pay millions for a site with banners. I think the price of good domains will continue to rise as they are valuable realestate on the digital landscape.

side note: when is that show that has the adult domain auctions? Missed it last year and want to put some domains on the list.
