I used to eat just like that and if you had met me in Phoenix you would have seen how destructive that can be on your body. I used to only "eat when I was hungry" and then it was snacks and Taco Bell while sitting in front of my computer or Television. I was totally "out of control".
I instituted a "no food after 7pm" policy, with the exception of some veggies to snack on while watching tv at night...and that, alone with cutting our soda, made me drop 30 lbs. (I was at 366).
I now have a set dinner time, and lunch time, 11:30am and 6:00pm accordingly. Both are healthy. Breakfast is still a crap shoot, but I am working on it.
I havent lost much weight, as I kind of slacked off on working out...(again)...but having set times to eat has made me eat better, and I have more energy.
I would suggest setting times and trying to stick too them...unless you want to wind up like me and have to work really hard to lose the weight. ;o)
