I think it would be a stretch for anyone to think that our primary brand is implying that we're all underage here though. I think "potentially imply" is pretty broad and there is a whole lot of context that should and is by most taken into account.
That being said, if I had to do over, i would probably of used a more inclusive name. But, the reason isn't because I think our name is dirty, but sometimes there are more senior gentlemen who don't think of themselves as boys any longer. It can sometimes be a bit harder to reach out to the polar bear community with our name
. . . but we are deep in this brand and its a minor problem I hear about once or twice a year at most.
Where did "twinks" originate? "Twinkletoes"?

Lad on a porn site is about ten times as worse as boy. I know it's a common word in the UK and has a somewhat broad meaning, but here in the US the word is very rarely used. When it is, it pretty much means little boy.
I only have one domain with boy in it, and it's not even active. I love the domain, but I have always used the word boy with a qualifier. I suppose when I do use the domain I'll put the qualifier early in the title tag, and another qualifier below the logo.
I post here to whore this sig.
Google doesn't care about qualifiers, unfortunately. Just look at the list of words that they frown upon. Barely legal teens is considered a no-no when it comes to google adwords. Barely legal is legal. It's the same as saying over 18. They're getting a bit pedantic if you ask me. I spent days editing out thousands of teen references on a site to make it compliant for google ads. Worked great, we got a campaign going. Then we tried to add some more ads, and they re-reviewed the site and wanted terms like twinks removed. So we just said fuck it. Not going to butcher our website to comply with some ridiculous rules.
Meanwhile, take a look at some of the big sites that are advertising on google and the terms they use. Once you're spending some decent coin, the rules don't seem to apply.
Look, that's exactly what I meant. You change the word teen for twink, next you change twink to lad, than you have to move away from lad to young men, maybe, than they complain about young.
It's never going to end if you don't flip them the bird and do your own thing. These companies are just too powerful because everyone is greedy about making money from their 'services'. They are so powerful in many cases that they don't have to care about laws and let you jump for fish like sea lions in a zoo show.
If I have pictures of teen boys (over 18) on my website I'm going to say so, at least as long as it is legal. And no, I'm not implying anything. It's the sick minds of people who get those strange thoughts!
I too am stuck. CollegeBOYSlive.com has been around 10 years now, like chip, when we started it meant and stil does young male. in fact if you look at the source code of any of our page you will see a metatag disclaimer to this effect..
!-- Collegeboyslive is an adult site. for the purpose of this site the word boys in the name is NOT meant to imply anyone UNDER 18 years of age.--
!-- A boy is a young male human. By extension it commonly applies to adult men, either considered in some way immature, in a position associated with aspects of boyhood or even without such boyish connotation as age-indiscriminate synonym. --

Bryce that list is very keyword rich and perhaps this thread will get lots of you-know-who traffic.
I read in the news some weeks ago that people seeking child pornography are more and more starting to use phrases that are not used commonly to search for and locate cp. Also the report said that cp distribution is moving more and more into isolated intranet groups away from the open Internet and back to CD/DVD mailing list kind of distribution, prompting customs officials to start screening data shipped to/from countries on portable media with more scrutiny.
As a side note, one of my AEN sites was dumped by a AEN the other day because of the instance boys; boysofchina.com... but that site was legacy site anyway and has never made much money![]()
We are what we are Gayboys4fun. When your on your knees getting some, do you really want to be addressed as: "Hey gay man get a load of this"? (with all due respect to the aged, me included) I think not. I'll remain that young urchin as long as I can. This is political correctness gone mad. By the time they're finished nobody will dare utter any word. I heard on the radio this morning that they are now saying we should not use the word 'gay' in our schools as it is derogatory, debasing a persons character. What! We are never going to be respectable. Are you? By the way what exactly are you? Boy, babe, man, oldie, wrinkly, umm, err.., dead?
