Yet another example of the greed and corruption we're seeing with big corporations.

It will really suck if we end up having to pass new laws to outlaw every single scam of this sort that comes around. It would be nice if we could pass a blanket law for all commerce that said "Treat customers honestly and fairly. Charge a reasonable price to allow a reasonable profit on all repairs/upgrades/services, but also one that doesn't take advantage of the customer."

This *used* to be the way business operated just in general. Now it's all about greed. Very disheartening.
