Don't be so cocky! Being outside the USA didn't help the online betting people much! Don't think that just because you or your business reside outside the USA that these laws won't effect you.

If you use ANY USA based or controlled resources you may have liability. Remember, the USA could easily implement blocking for outside sites that do not comply with USA laws. All it would take is for the DOJ to threaten the ISPs and your sites would be blocked from access to USA users!

These rulings will effect everyone in the adult industry one way or another.
