I don't think so. Everyone has a right to their opinion even IF I believe it to be wrong.

I could see your point here, but I can see instances of someone not wanting to business with someone based on the avatar. Look at the shirt that Bill pointed out 'Have you bashed a fag today'... can't say that if someone had that on their avatar, that people around here would want much to do with them.
