I can see how it's possible that Harlow arrived after the murder and used the initial alibi in fear of being wrongly accused. Maybe even their recorded conversations in CA was just them taking credit for something they didn't really do. But it's very difficult to explain away Bryan's video camera being found in their home. That for me nails the lid shut.
