I don't use them because they affect search engine rankings in a negative direction, as well, I don't think any judge is going to look favourably on me, or anyone else, because they had a warning page. To me they're kind of like putting up a sign over a loaded gun on a table and the sign says, "Do not pick up this loaded gun and shoot it." Why did you leave a loaded gun on the table within easy access of anyone who wanted to pick it up?
If people were truly interested in preventing people from seeing hardcore content, they wouldn't put up a warning page, they'd put up pages with stars covering genitalia, and they'd have all their hardcore content in their member's area.
Warning pages are an attempt by this industry to have their cake and eat it, too, let's be honest here. If you're so afraid of minors seeing a cock, then don't put one where they can see them.
